Dear ADC shareholders ,
I am please to present to you the 14th annual report for the fiscal year ending
31.12.2007 about the activities of the company and it's goal and future plan.
the report before your hand contain valuable information about the company. the
main point are:
* The company achievement and its activities whether the industrial or the real investment or the financial and other services investments.
* The company projects and its future objectives and the project under study and those pending for completion of requirement procedures.
*Asset & Liabilities of the company and the result of work during the last five years. A quantities and quality analysis for the source of income.
*Comparison and operation result and starting the most important changes in it.
*The effort performed by the Board of Directors during the year 2007.
*The achieved financial result and the net profit. the current Board of Directors started its work in 09.07.2007 and its main objective were the importance of developing the company level horizontally and vertically through developing and improving the company performance and restructure of financial & administrative for the affiliates Co. to help it to pass the difficulties facing it and also diversify the investment and distribute it section wise and geographical wise to lessen the risk percentage and keep the company balanced against any difficulties.
*What was achieve during 2007 is consider good talking into consideration the difficulties that faced most of the companies. but what we are looking for as Board of Directors is much more than what was achieved. We promising you to make all the efforts to improve the company performance and increase its profit and by Gods will we shall maximize the share equity.
*I will not miss to mention and forward all the thanks and appreciations to the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz and the Crown Prince HRH Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz and our wise government for the support they offer and solving all the difficulties facing the Co. which contribute to the development of the National Economy.
*Thanks to all the shareholders for their confidence in the Board of Directors and also I would like to, thank my felloe colleagues, Member of the Board and the member of the Audit, Investment, Executive committee and all the workers in the company for their since efforts for developing and improving the company investment.
